Q: Will the copper wash out of my cover making it no longer UV protected or treated to protect the product from fungal growth and bacterial odors?
A: No, copper is embedded into the fabric and can not disappear by washing, or using over time, i.e. the fiber will keep permanently with the copper qualities.
Q: How do I wash my cover?
A: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Do not bleach.
Q: Are multiple sizes available for different car seats?
A: Alex and Emmy covers are one size fits most.
Q: What are your return policies?
A: Due to hygienic reasons, we have an ALL SALES FINAL policy, except in cases of manufacturing defects, which a replacement will be granted within 30 days of purchase.

A: Alex & Emmy uses USPS to ship our products. USPS doesn't provide insurance on first class packages, but all priority shipping methods are insured through USPS.
